We would like to take a moment to recognize Board Member and Senior Managing Director Devansh Patel who recently participated in the First Gen Week and Penn event at the University of Pennsylvania. As part of the series Devansh and other Penn alumni joined a live discussion with Seven|Eight, a First-Generation and/or Low-Income (“FGLI”) Asian & Pacific Islander American (“APIA”) student group, to share their professional experiences and how they balance their careers and personal well-being.
Seven | Eight” recognizes the importance of fostering an inclusive community for first-generation and/or low-income APIA students (Asian & Pacific Islander American). We are motivated to provide a space for FGLI APIA students to share their needs, concerns, and struggles especially as they navigate their undergraduate career.
